Job Description

- Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations.

- Develops & administers F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department; stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.

- Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food & services and immediately takes all required corrective measures.

- Assists with monthly forecasts of food & beverage revenue and expenses including food cost management.

Work Experience

- Degree or diploma in F&B and/or Hospitality Management

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar F&B managerial position

- Good presentation, positive 'can do' attitude and solid team management skills.

- Good command of written and spoken English
