Job Description

Responsible for the supervision and management of Food & Beverage Services operations to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits.
Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
Maintain highest standards and quality of services in Food & Beverage Services operation to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets and guests' expectation/VOG target.
Manage, maintain and develop the F&B service standards in all hotel restaurants to achieve the premium quality, excellent guest satisfactions and high operational profits.
To provide the day-to-day F&B operations and ensure that the special events/promotions are well organized.
The Food & Beverage management is the development and implementation of a strategy in order to fulfill the objective of increase sales and is also the management of overall operation of Food & Beverage and its team
To develop and train F&B operational.
Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation.
Achieve targets and team member satisfaction goals.
Look after FB outlets operations.

Work Experience

Good communication and customer contact skills.
Minimum 3 years experience in F&B related field and in the management level
Very good command of both written and spoken English
Strong team spirit and leadership skills
Self-driven and dynamic
Able to work under pressure
Excellent leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
