As our next Restaurant Supervisor, you will:
- Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills
- Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks
- Set up and pack down the restaurant and bar area following service periods
- Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
- Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times
- Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming
- You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Regularly review in-house counts, forecast and VIP list and communicate daily at the resturant and management
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
What we are looking for: - Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
- A valid RSA
- Exceptional organisation and communicative skills
- Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
- Should be well versed with Restaurant Service Operations
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
