Job Description

- Responsibility in All F&B operations such as creating menus, choosing specials, and overseeing food preparation.

- Ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.

- responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training personnel, as well as inspecting kitchen and bar equipment.

- Monitoring adherence to regulations about Food & Beverage

Work Experience

- Prefer ably have 1-2 years experience in the same position

- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management / Food & Beverage prefered

- Working knowledge of various computer software program ( ms office, restaurant management software, POS, Micros Fidelio)

- Target oriented and willing to assist people
