Are you a chameleon, who serves the famous Mövenpick breakfast with a smile, is that fantastic barista and is a sommelier at the same time? Can you turn around the 3 meeting spaces as quick as speedy Gonzales? Are you the best host to have for a family a la carte dinner? Then we are looking for you!

You will work in our Mövenpick Coffee & Wine Lounge and Brasserie together with the Restaurant Manager and other F&B lovers, who are as crazy about food, coffee and wine as you! With your gastronomic knowledge and your hospitable attitude, our guests feel welcome, heart warmed, incredible and become raving fan of Mövenpick The Hague!

Your main responsbilities include:

• Providing excellent wait service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
• Work with the POS system diligently, entering orders and making corrections if necessary
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and guests alike in order to secure a smooth and accurate transition of information
• Carrying out all roles and functions of the F&B department.

• Has relevant work experience in a 4 star hotel or high quality restaurant
• Is known as enthusiastic, hospitable, team-builder, stress-resistant and representative
• Has passion for the hospitality industry
• Does not have to be specialist already, but are eager to learn
• Is available 24/7
• Speaks and writes Dutch and English

• Full-time contract of 38 hours per week
