- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
- Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Russian/German/French both in writing and verbal.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience in the outlet
- Handle guests' complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently according to the Resort policy
- Handle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operation requirement and Resort policy
- Check outlet's cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and resort facilities
