Your missions will be:

- Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved in the breakfast, the coffee shop and the bar

- Taking food and drink orders from customers and preparing some of them in the coffee shop such as pizzas and coffees

-Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration

-Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel

-Ensures the working areas are clean

-Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible

- Complying with Food Safety regulations
