Summary of Responsibilities

A Food & Beverage Hostess is working on rotating shifts and is in charge of creating positive guest experience such as providing an appropriate welcome at F&B Outlets for guests and also to handle table reservations and effectively controlling the flow of guests in accordance with the established standards.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They must be able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner, to work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job. Diploma in Hotel Administration is preferred.
