Food & Beverage, Learning & Development Manager

As Food & Beverage Division, Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee all food & beverage recruitment, training, and development- including researching and implementing internal and external training initiatives designed to engage, educate, and excite the food & beverage colleagues and leaders.

What you will be doing:

• Creation, enhancement, and facilitation of food & beverage orientations
• Organize and facilitate leadership training for existing and arriving leaders within food & beverage
• Lead the recruitment for all food & beverage roles
• Responsible for review of LQA audits, assessing trends, and following up with various departments to create action plans
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous hospitality leadership experience required
• 3 years of Food & Beverage Division experience, preferably in a 4-5 star property
• Computer literate in Property Manager and Microsoft Windows applications required
• Strong organization and communication skills necessary
• Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a large team

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40+ lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
