Job Description

Handling Food & Beverage Department operational
Act as section head or Outlet Manager
Supervise the team performance
Act as trainer for the team members
Working on special projects assigned by General Manager
Reporting directly to Director of Food & Beverage
6 months internship in F&B Department, focusing on F&B Outlets and Banquet, and F&B operations in General

Work Experience

Having at least 6 months experience of internship or employment in 5 star hotel or luxury environment.

Understand the hotel operational especially Food & Beverage

Ability to work under pressure in all aspect of job function

Ability to maintain guest and company confidentiality

Ability to communicate effectively

Possess good administration skills
