Job Description

We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for service to join our dedicated Front Office Team as a Front Desk Agent.

SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure that the team delivers quality services, both in the production of custumers service at all points of sales in the hotel
• Ensure the correct operations of the variuos services in F&B Department.
• Motivtaes and creates a team spririt in all sections of the Food & Beverages
• Ensures that the profitability of your department is consistent.

Work Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Industry
• Minimum of 1 (one) year in Food & Beverages Supervisor consider as an advantage
• Proficiency in English & Indonesian (verbal and written), second language an asset
• Previous customer related experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Team spirit and service minded
• Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills.
