Job Description
You will be in charge of Chill#02 Restaurant and Bar; maximising revenue opportunities and delivering finance and quality targets. Ensure the customers are satisfied with their dining experience and manage the business to ensure it is profitable.

Coaching & Training the Team members
Handling any guest complaints
Ensure the team are following Food, health and hygiene policies
End of the Month reporting
Stock control and all F&B Orders
Creating Monthly marketing and sales action plans to increase F&B Revenue.
Monitor and reply to the online reviews and take all feedback on board.
