Job Description For Food & Beverage Team Leader

Job Description

You will be in charge of Chill#02 Restaurant and Bar; maximising revenue opportunities and delivering finance and quality targets. Ensure the customers are satisfied with their dining experience and manage the business to ensure it is profitable.

You will be managing food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards and controlling inventory. Please only apply if you have the right to work in UK

What will you be doing as a Food and beverage Team Leader?

Coaching & Training the Team members

Handling any guest complaints

Ensure the team are following Food, health and hygiene policies

End of the Month reporting

Stock control and all F&B Orders

Creating Monthly marketing and sales action plans to increase F&B Revenue.

Monitor and reply to the online reviews and take all feedback on board.
