About the Hotel

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf is located in the beautiful South Wharf with a short walk to the CBD & Southbank. Featuring 347 Accommodation Rooms & Suites, Allora Cafe, and Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar. Our Bar is inspired by the Italian love of al fresco lifestyle, the bar boasts two outdoor terraces serving up a range of Italian and local beverages.

About the Role

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Ensure smooth daily F&B operations within the restaurant, bar, cafe and room service
Proactively review F&B products, services and procedures to advocate and evolve our offering
Provide leadership, direction and support to the team
Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive team culture
Maintain strong relationships with clients & guests to maximise value to the business

Skills and Experience

A leadership style that is authentic and engaging
Capable of mentoring and driving the team to achieve excellence
Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
