The menu, delivered by Head Chef Andrew Wilcox, focuses on both the best flavours and textures of local ingredients from in and around the Sunshine Coast and Gympie Areas. Are you dreaming of a sea change? View by Matt Golinski is searching for our next Food and Beverage Team Leader to run our bar operation.

About the role:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, we are looking for a F&B professional to take control of this unique bar. The role is suited to someone with good restaurant and bar knowledge in a modern venue.

Skills:
- A strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food and beverage and guest service;
- Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and payroll costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s);
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- The ability to multi-task;
- Experience with training and developing Team Members.

About you:
- You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude, passion for customer service and loads of initiative;
- You have strong bar, wine, cocktail and service knowledge working within a busy restaurant venue;
- You are a hands-on leader and lead by example;
- You are interested in, and motivated to developing self and others;
- You are totally into hospitality and food and beverage;
- You are prepared to work a rotating roster comprising of days, nights and weekends.
