Job Description
- Individuelle Gästebetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement
- Eigenverantwortliches Führen der jeweiligen Schicht und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs am Front Office
- Check-in, Check-out, Kontrollen von Kassawesen, Debitoren
- Erstellung von Gästekorrespondenz in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Reservierungsannahme telefonisch und elektronisch
- Einarbeitung von neuen Kollegen und ggfs. Auszubildenden
- Unterstützung des Front Office Managers bei den allgemeine administrativen Aufgaben
Work Experience
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und -Erfahrung von 2 - 5 J in der Luxushotellerie
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, Opera von Vorteil)
- gepflegte Umgangsformen und gepfelgtes Erscheinungsbild
- Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten
- Serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
- Verkaufstalent
