From check-in to "See you again" our Front Office team at the 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central reception ensures guests are happy from their first moment there till their last. We're looking forward to welcoming you to the Front Office team as Chief Concierge.

What you will be doing:

• You're multi-talented - both quiet admin jobs and co-ordinating the lively goings-on in our lobby will be up to you
• You'll have the best insider tips about the town all memorised, and you'll be available as a contact person for all your guests' needs
• You enjoy communicating, whether it's with our guests or with suppliers and partners
• You'll store Guest baggage securely & following hotel policies when requested.
• You'll ensure the transmission of all messages, documents, packages, mails and faxes to all guests and other departments whenever necessary in accordance with established standard and procedures.
• You'll ensure the transfer of all baggage to guestrooms without delay.
• You'll be responsible for the surveillance and cleanliness of the car parks as well as the hotel surrounds.

Your experience and skills include:

• You've completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some management experience and can speak English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
• You're a doer - and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You're not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
