Front office supervisor is the one

• who ensures all guests are welcomed and greeted in a proper way,
• who provides coaching and pre-shift meetings for the talents
• who can handle guests' issues and knows how to deal with different situations
• who is responsible for cash and credit cards procedures
• who has strong knowledge of Front desk operations and knows OPERA
• who gives solutions rather than excuses
• who makes guests' experience unforgettable and happy

Work Experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hotel at reception
2. Luxury experience (minimum 1 year)
3. Russian native, English fluent
4. OPERA - great skills
5. Personal characteristics: friendly, positive, open-minded, responsible and willing to work with guests.
