What will you be doing as a Front Office Team Leader?

Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
Implement training programs for all employees, conduct induction and skills training
Promoting company's ALL loyalty programme
Direct daily front office operations
Identify challenges and support your team
Work closely with the team to provide information to team members, obtain their feedback and rectify operation issue
Motivate Front Office talents to up-sell rooms and cross sell with the view of achieving higher yield and increasing revenue with a cost effective approach
Coaching & Training the Team members
