Job Description

Front Office Team Leader welcomes the guest and provides support and leadership to the Reception Team. If you can bring your own personality, create a memorable experience and naturally connect with guest and colleagues alike, then apply!

Some of the responsibilities will include:

Assist in conducting the training for all Front Office Team Members
Welcome and perform the check-in/ check out.
Prepare arrivals and take payments accordingly.
Ensure the daily shift procedures are maintained.
Cover restaurant/bar as needed.
Assist with breakfast as required.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to deliver the service.
Meet Hotel's enrollment and guest engagement targets by leading the team.
Assist in recruitment, performance review and PDP for the team.
Ensure strict procedures are followed for all cash/credit, cheque transactions, accounting and banking procedures
Ensure department policies and procedures are well understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.

Work Experience

Be able to work 5 days a week on shift from 7am to 3pm or from 3pm to 11pm including weekends and holidays.

Be flexible and have a positive attitude with a smile.

Benefits
