Job Description
-Attend to guest needs, queries promptly and efficiently.
-Assist in the handling of guest complaints.
- Familiar with all hotel services, promotions, special events.
-Performing other duties as assigned.
Work Experience
- Requires perfectly fluency in Korean as primary language and the second language is English
- Friendly, good communication, solve problem.
- Positive and willing to participate on a team.
- Related to Hospitality Certificates, trainee experience in hotels (preferred)
