Reception Team Member £8.91 - £9.50ph dependant on experience

First impressions are everything! As a Reception team member, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Shift pattern will include early shifts (7am-3pm) Late shifts (3pm-11pm) and weekends are our busiest time so only read on and apply if you can be available for these shifts,

  What you will be doing:
• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  
  Your team and working environment:
• This is a newly opened combo hotel, we have 99 bedroom ibis and 59 bedroom Adagio aparthotel, you will work with a relatively small team to ensure whichever hotel our guests check in to we look after them better than any other hotel could.
