Job Description

We are currently looking for full time multi skilled team members at Ibis and Adagio London Sutton Point, who are full of energy, have a great personality and take pride in giving great customer service.

This is a new hotel opening in the heart of Sutton with 99 ibis bedrooms and 59 luxurious Adagio apartments, your shifts will involve reception, bar, kitchen and anything else in between, we are a multi skilled team who can turn our hand to anything, no two days are the same and we are looking for amazing team members to join us to make this the best hotel in the area.

Your mission

• Know our guests before they even walk through the door, do our research and give them an amazing welcome experience
• Provide a dedicated service throughout their stay and look for ways to be remembered
• Provide amazing service in the bar whether it be a coffee or a hand crafted pizza you need to make, or your signature cocktail maybe
• Attend to all incoming calls and e mails, be organised and efficient so we are running a smooth operation at all times
• Follow all security protocols to make sure our guests are safe and looked after at all times
• Be a company ambassador at all times, educate our guests in Accor Live Limitless so they will always get the best deals booking directly.
• Be caring and compassionate to your colleagues, we spend more time at work than at home so we need to feel like a family!
• have a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
• Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Strong team player and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Essential to be flexible with working hours.
• Must already have the right to work in the UK.
