  What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for the processing of all visas, permits and licenses
• Prepare and process all types of visas for employees
• Monitor and review the local regulations to ensure all documents are submitted as required
• Keep the senior management informed about any legal or processing changes
• Monitor submissions to ensure that visas are available in a timely manner
• Ensure that policies and procedures are following and in compliance with the local law
• Prepare monthly reports within the deadline
• Build and maintain a good relationship to all stakeholders
  
  Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in Qatar is desired, experience in hospitality is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• At least 2 years of experience in a large scale property
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• A hands-on approach is essential
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
