Job Description For Group Transformation Analyst

Accor SA \u2013 Issy les Moulineaux

The Group Transformation Analyst role has two main objectives:
Support and follow the transformation program by monitoring its progress
Act as a gatekeeper to make sure that the plan and its associated impacts (savings, FTEs/headcounts) are respected

MAINS MISSIONS :

In charge of the financial follow-up of the implementation and execution of the transformation program: tracking of the associated 200m€ recurring savings plan, with a focus on staff costs and related FTEs/ headcounts
Own the tracking of staff costs to monitor performance:
Animate the monthly data collection process
Maintain high quality data
Meet the deadlines
Propose suggestions to improve the collection process and the monthly reporting
Act as a gatekeeper for requests outside of the transformation plan and policies
Support the implementation of Group HR processes in the context of the implementation of a first Group CoreHR
Close communication and collaboration with 8 regional Hubs, Central teams and transversal functions
Production of ad-hoc analyses, handling of short-term requests and preparation of reports and presentations to advise key stakeholders

PROFILE

TYPICAL BACKGROUND
Business or engineering school
Experience in business analysis
Knowledge of financial concepts

COMPETENCIES
Business-minded and analytical skills
Financially literate with a strong knowledge of Excel
Great communication and organizational skills
Highly proficient in written and verbal English
