Guest Experinece Manager
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for leading the overall operation of the Executive Club Lounge by ensuring the team provides excellent guest experience and services throughout guest stay. He/she is the centre of communication and creates memorable experiences for all guest during their stay .

What you will be doing: - Manages the day-to day operations of the Executive Club Lounge
- Work together with the experience team to ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Attends to all guests requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments on arrival amenities and stay experiences
Your experience and skills include: - Sincere and caring personality with an eye for details
- Self motivated and good initiative in a dynamic environment
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
