What you will be doing:
- As Guest Experience Manager you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest service for our VIP guests.
- Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
- Perform internal audits and follow up on LQA/Forbes audits and online review management systems.
Experience & Abilities:
- Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point. Online Review Management platforms.
- Previous experience supervising departments such as Concierge, Guest Experience & Butlers
- Handling of Quality and Guest Experience audit programs. IAuditor/LQA/Forbes/AAA
- Complete knowledge of the English language.
