Job Description

Guest relations manager (Just Say SO/ Guru) is a signature position in the hotels of the brand SO/.

The position requires 24/7 communication with the guests, preparing for their coming and creating their experiences.

Just Say SO/ Guru takes care of solving guests' issues and answering their requests.

It is all about building relations, providing access, pro-activity and communication.

Daily duties:

1. Be aware of arrivals, status of the guests and all possible details of their visit
2. Organize departments which participate in creating guests' experiences
3. Be present on arrival, in hotel's lobby, restaurant, other areas where it is possible to communicate with the guests, to receive their feedback and follow up.
4. Communicate! Ask questions and focus on details.
5. Make sure all guests' requests, which came to Solution center, are processed and relevant departments have been working on them
6. Make reports

Other duties:

1. Organize meetings (focus on guests feedback, issues, problems, best practices)
2. Create sparkles; be champion of Sparkle Committee
3. Keep relations with brand; SO/ gurus from other hotels
4. Closely work with concierge, front desk, housekeeping and other departments.
