Main responsibilities Reception - Check in and check out guests on fols and fols mobile
- Taking payments, doing your daily banking / payment reconciliation
- handling and replying to guests requests (by email, phone, face to face)
- handling guests complaints
- providing reporting as per required
- complying with financial procedures Kitchen - Cooking (breakfast, dinners, lunches, conferences, parties...)
- Cleaning in and out the kitchen
- Placing orders
- Following and complying with the HACCP regulations
- filling in documentations as required

- Stock counts
Food and beverage - Serving the guests (restaurant, bar, conference...)
