Job Description
The Head Barman is responsible for welcoming and serving customers at his point of sale. Expert in relations, he / she ensures the smooth running of the service and optimal customer satisfaction. He / She organizes, coordinates, supervises and evaluates the work of the teams for which he / she is responsible and ensures compliance with the legislation in force.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES :
Technical Business / Customer relationship:
- Welcomes and takes care of the customer from arrival to departure, making every effort to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Ensures the quality of the atmosphere at the point of sale
- Develop the animation and frequentation of the bar in agreement with the F&B manager / director, to ensure the development of turnover
- Ensures the establishment and maintenance of the entire point of sale and its equipment
- Manages stocks

As a manager coach, he/she:
- Manage the team of bartenders, integrate new arrivals, develop the skills of its employees and support them in their professional development
