What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleauges
• Understand the Server's tasks in the outlet
• Have an understanding of shift end reports and the POS system
• Assist guests regarding food & beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, precedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food & beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Previous service experience an asset
• Previous Point of Sale System experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

V isa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
