Hotel Accountant
Rich history meets modern elegance in the heart of Sydney at The Porter House Hotel Sydney - MGallery. This redevelopment of the iconic 1876 masterpiece is looking for a superstar to join the team, the Hotel Accountant.
The Role

This position is responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in the daily operation of the Finance department by providing accurate, relevant and timely reporting
Engage with Department Managers to develop effective measures to enhance their department's profitability
Monitoring and checking of all audits relating to financial standards and procedures

Knowledge & Experience

Excellent internal & external communication skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and frameworks
Previous knowledge of Sun Systems, Opera and Purchase Plus is an advantage
Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines & work well under pressure
