Accor Sydney Olympic Park, comprising of Pullman, Novotel & Ibis Hotels, form part of the most unique entertainment and Hotel precinct in NSW. Home to the recently crowned Accor Stadium, our precinct is home to major sporting, music and entertainment events.

As our new Full Time Hotel Management Trainee, your career will be fast tracked across an accelerated 12-month program where you will:

work across all outlets, gaining experience in operations and Hotel administration.
learn from your assigned mentors.
contribute to specific Hotel projects, developing your technical skills and knowledge.
experience world class training from Accor Academy - Learn Your Way.
graduate from your program, enabling you ready for team leader and/or supervisory roles.

Our ideal candidates will display:

flexibility with their availability. Our trainees will need to be available days, nights, weekends, public holidays and event days.
