We are looking a part time Hotel Team Member (Nights) to join our dynamic hotel team at the ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport.
Officially known as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA), you will be the beating heart of our hotel. You'll be responsible for welcoming and processing all of the late arrival guests to the hotel, dealing with any last-minute reservations and most likely some early morning departures too. You'll also be responsible for the comfort of all our guests especially throughout the night and provide continuity of service for Front Office over a period of 24 hours.
You'll need to be great at juggling tasks and turning your hand to many different things, even in the small hours of the morning. We're looking for an individual who can really shine in a busy setting, who are comfortable and confident in meeting and engaging with new people and who have a passion for great customer service.

There is no specific education or qualification requirements for this job, but it would be advantageous if you have previously worked in a customer-facing role and have some of the following preferred skills;
