Job Description
Cleaning guest rooms, pantries, public areas, offices and providing related services, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to and maintaining of the high standards of cleanliness required by the hotel.
Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned.
Seek communication with guests and keep abreast of their needs and expectations of our service.
Answer to all guest requests in a friendly, courteous and efficient way.
Work Experience
High school or equivalent education required
