What you will be doing:

Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's public areas.

Cleaning all public washrooms to hotel standards

Stocking of all public area closets and proactive communication regarding stock levels.

Report all maintenance concerns to a Housekeeping Leader.

Mixing chemical and refilling Housekeeping baskets for next day preparation.

Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program.

Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required.

Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Your experience and skills include:

High School diploma an asset

Previous Housekeeping experience an asset

Able to work well in a stressful environment and meet deadlines

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong ability to prioritize and manage distribution of workload throughout workday

Lifting-Under 20lbs 50% of Work Time

Carrying- Over 20lbs 20% of Work Time

Pulling- Over 20lbs 5% of Work Time

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
