Housekeeping Supervisor

You are at the heart of the hotel! As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the work of housekeeping team ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable and luxurious experience for them.

What you will be doing:

Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
Ensuring all staff following grooming and hygiene policy
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas

Your experience and skills include:

Secondary school plus vocational, trade or on-the-job training
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Positive approach to customer service
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
Excellent organizational skills and time management
