Job Description For Housekeeping Supervisor
IBIS BUDGET PHNOM PENH RIVERSIDE
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist the Housekeeping Team Leader in maintaining hotel facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. The Housekeeping Supervsior will inspect the guestrooms on a daily basis to ensure that the room is ready. They will prioritize the wellbeing and comfort of our guests and employees.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and provide support for the Room attendants, Public Area attendants and House attendants
- Resolve guest concerns in the absence of the Housekeeping Team Leader
- Inspect all guest rooms as assigned and coach room attendants of any deficiencies found in the room
- Work closely with the Front Office regarding room stock and availability. Submit maintenance reports/request if any, and follow up for completion
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Housekeeping role
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset

- A can-do positive attitude & service with a smile
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
