Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As an ARC Restaurant Outlet Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing: - Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Oversee the day to day operations of In Room Dining
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Have a strong working knowldege of all areas, point of sale materials and operating equipment
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Attend and actively participate within all hotel leadership programs and related departmental meetings
- Ensure all established hotel and departmental policies are consistently adhered to
- Motivation of colleagues to provide excellence in service developing strong channels of communication and fostering team spirit
- Assist in the ongoing training, upgrading of colleague skills and recognition and development of colleagues
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the F&B teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in Health and Safety
- To develop a strong working relationship, maintaining effective communication
Your experience and skills include: - Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleF
- Food Safe and Serving it Right certification required
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Hospitality or F&B Management an asset
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
