Job Description

Handle guest complaints and report to manager

Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

Should be aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge the hotel facilities

To identify and anticipate Guests' needs and ensure personalized service is provided, To assist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stay.

Take care of all guests and coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests

Work Experience

-Minimum one year experience in similar position.

-Be Smart, well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
