An exciting opportunity has become available for an IT POS Specialist, Pacific to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and training of new POS solutions, handling hardware refreshes of legacy POS equipment and providing ongoing support and proactive management of POS equipment, menus and interfaces.
This position will work closely with Hotel Food and Beverage teams to ensure that the system is functioning in the most efficient way, and assisting with any changes required to ensure continued service levels in F&B outlets across the group.
