Job Description
- Facilitating the arrival of guests to the hotel and their check-in.
- Maintaining accurate guest information in the hotel operating system
- Arranging and attending guest activities and fulfilling the guest special requests.
- Attending and solving any guest issues or complaints
- Actively seeking out guest feedback and anticipating guest needs.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year in Front Office Department in hotels.
- Good personality
- Service-oriented
- Languages essential Japanese and English
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry with the nature of Japanese lifestyle.
