Job Description

Thá»±c hiện các hoạt động đóng và mở cá»­a CLB Trẻ em hàng ngày

- Carry out leading and instructing all kid activities (outdoor & indoor). Be creative and active in creating new activities for Kids to improve Kid club services

Thá»±c hiện hướng dẫn các hoạt động dành cho trẻ em theo lịch hoạt động (trong nhà và ngoài trời). Luôn sáng tạo, tìm hiểu các hoạt động mới để bổ sung và cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ tại CLB Trẻ em

- Clean and supervise cleanliness in Kid Club, ensure all areas in good clean condition

Thá»±c hiện kiểm tra và vệ sinh các khu vá»±c của CLB Trẻ em, đảm bảo môi trường sạch, gọn gàng cho trẻ

- Supervise all kid activities in Kid Club to be elert and avoid all potential riskes

Thá»±c hiện giám sát các hoạt động của trẻ tại CLB Trẻ em, đảm bảo phòng tránh các tình huỒng rủi ro có thể xảy ra cho trẻ trong quá trình vui chÆ¡i

- Actively selling retails items & services to ensure achieving monthly target

Bán các sản phẩm và dịch vụ tính phí tại CLB Trẻ em, đảm bảo đạt doanh sỒ chỉ tiêu hàng tháng

- Carry our payment process for all sold items & services

Thá»±c hiện thanh toán dịch vụ bán cho khách hàng và hoàn thành các báo cáo liên quan

- Warmly greetings and welcome guests to Kid Club, creating friendly enviroment

Chào đón và giao tiếp tích cá»±c, cởi mở, tạo môi trường thân thiện đến khách hàng

- Be active in supporting & communicating to guests to ensure maximize guest's satisfaction

Luôn chủ động giao tiếp và trợ giúp khách hàng mọi lúc, đảm bảo cao nhất sá»± hài long của khách hàng

- Instruct guests clearly & properly all terms & conditions regarding to Kid Club Access

Hướng dẫn chi tiết, đầy đủ và rõ ràng các quy định, nội quy của CLB Trẻ em đến khách hàng

- Supervise quantity & quality of all equipments, facilities in Kid Club and corporate with other related departments to solve the issues. Report to Head of Department for any issues.

Quản lý và giám sát sỒ lượng, chất lượng và tình trạng cÆ¡ sở vật chất, dụng cụ tại CLB Trẻ em. PhỒi hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để khắc phục sá»± cỒ (nếu có) trong thời gian sớm nhất. Báo cáo đến Trưởng bộ phận nếu có những vấn đề sá»± cỒ xảy ra

- Doing monthly inventory & ensure all index must be correct

Thá»±c hiện kiểm kê kho hàng tháng, đảm bảo báo cáo chính xác và nhanh chóng.

- Supervise all selling items and plan to purchase additional items to make sure smoothly operation

Kiểm soát các sản phẩm, hàng hóa bán cho khách hàng, lên kế hoạch mua hàng để đảm bảo luôn có hàng bán cho khách

- Carry out Baby Sitter service as guest request (if any)

Thá»±c hiện dịch vụ Trông trẻ theo yêu cầu của khách hàng (nếu có)

- Strictly follow company policies and procedures to maintain professional manner and appearance in front of guests

Thá»±c hiện nghiêm túc các nội quy, quy định của Khách sạn, duy trì hình ảnh và tác phong chuyên nghiệp nhất.

- Carry out Meal Registration, Roster schedule Confirmation for department

Thá»±c hiện chấm công, báo cáo công, báo ăn theo quy định của công ty

- Thá»±c hiện các yêu cầu khác từ Trưởng bộ phận theo yêu cầu công việc

Carry out other tasks which are assigned by Head of Department following work requirement

Work Experience

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.- Good communication skills to react with guests, associates, partners to ensure professional apperances

- Good skills of supervise and taking care of Kids

Có kỹ năng tỒt về trông giữ và quan sát trẻ

- Good skills of CPR & First Aid to solve issues timely in emergency cases

Có kỹ năng sÆ¡ cấp cứu để phản ứng với các trường hợp khẩn cấp liên quan đến an toàn của trẻ

- Able to speak, read, listen & write English

Có khả năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Anh

- Available to work shifts.

- Physically fit, strong, agile and dexterous.

Thể chất phù hợp, mạnh mẽ, nhanh nhẹn và khéo léo

- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
