Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa

Job Description

Support our fast-paced and incredible Kitchen team in our Award winning five-star property located in the heart of beautiful Queenstown.

Assist with the assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking as required;
Be responsible for the cleaning duties within the kitchen and food preparation areas;
Maintain a high level of workplace hygiene and safety in the kitchen and related areas;
Become a part of our sociable and diverse team of ambassadors.

Work Experience

Previous kitchen experience in a similar environment is preferred, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of our luxury guests
A professional and friendly can-do attitude, with fantastic interpersonal skills;
Reliable and punctual with a high attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile;
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
