Peppers Beacon Queenstown, part of AccorHotels, is looking for a Full-time Kitchen Manager/Breakfast Chef for The Galley Breakfast Room. AccorHotels are seeking a highly motivated, engaging and passionate Full-time Kitchen Manager / Breakfast Chef to join our Team at Peppers Beacon Queenstown.

Full-time Minimum 30 hours per week and starting wage $32 per hour.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Full-Time Kitchen Manager / Breakfast Chef to lead our food and beverage operation, which primarily services our recently renovated breakfast room 'The Galley'. This is a self-supervised rewarding work environment requiring early starts but providing all afternoons/evenings off. Applicants must be a team player who understand the quality and importance of exceptional food presentation, service, food safety and have previous cookery skills in a commercial kitchen.

As a part of our small energetic food & beverage brigade, you will work the breakfast shift and prepare high quality food items for the breakfast buffet, in our exclusive 'Galley' breakfast room. You will also assist with room amenities along lunch/conference food prep as required. Essential to your role is basic kitchen duties such as conducting regular temperature checks, ensuring food safety and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen.
