De perfecte kandidaat heeft:

Volgt een relevante opleiding, zoals Techniek of Bouwtechniek
Functioneert zowel individueel als in teamverband goed
Servicegerichte houding naar gasten en medewerkers
In het bezit van een NEN 3140 certificaat is een pré
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is vereist
