Job Description For Linen Supervisor

Job Description

- Conduct daily briefings, supervise and train staff in day-to-day laundry operations

- Supervise the counting and sending out of dirty linen and uniforms to the laundry department as well as the receipt of clean linen and uniforms

- Supervise and count the distribution of clean linen to the different hotel outlets

- Inspect new uniform and linen deliveries

- Place orders for new uniforms

- Monitor and manage all uniforms available in the hotel for usage allocation

- Check and sign delivery notes and invoices; maintain stock books

- Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members' attendance and performance

Work Experience

- Primary school education

- Good oral proficiency in both Vietnamese & English language

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
