Job Description

Carry out preventive maintenance
Work in day to day operation for maintenance requirements of the hotel, responsibilities are varied and require a range of skills
Involved in aspects of building, equipment, energy consumption, water, contractors, and environmental.
Good written and verbal communication to a high level
Work unsupervised in many instances
Part of a team and a hotel team of 90
Diverse and multi-culture staff where we do our best to make everyone feel welcome.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner of receipt and if there are delays promptly advise the Chief Engineer and / or the Manager on Duty.
