Manager, Brand Marketing & Guest Experience, Indonesia & Malaysia
- Manager, Brand Marketing & Guest Experience, Indonesia & Malaysia will be in charge of general marketing aspect of tactical and awareness campaigns at Accor owned, earned and paid media. To lead Guest Experience (GE) department. To ensure both countries meet the qualitative and quantitative objective, identify area of improvement and execute action plan at corporate level

What you will be doing:- Manage Country Marketing Program (360 marketing communications plan)
- Provide Hotel Marketing Support
- Lead and coordinate any brand marketing projects
- Assist Pre-opening Hotel and provide relevant advises to ensure success
- Lead Guest Experience strategy to meet KPIs
- Develop and Lead Guest Experience Culture
Your experience and skills include:

- Bachelor Degree from Hospitality Management or
- Bachelor Degree from Marketing Communications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Hotel Products
- Attention to detail
- Creativity and Problem-solving
- Great Team Player, self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)
