WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Job Purpose
The position is responsible for developing and leading the relevant procurement strategies across Environment Social Governance (ESG) and procurement financial performance.
Primary Responsibilities
ESG Management
- Develop and implement strategic ESG / Sustainability approach with key procurement categories including energy, distribution, food manufacturers, services contracts (Laundry) to comply with Accor ESG ambition
- Identify opportunities to improve local sourcing, carbon print, plastic removal, and mitigate risks and achieve defined Group objectives
- Participate in Global Procurement projects related sustainable development initiatives
- Prepare and present reports to the management
- Develop and maintain knowledge of respective supply markets, competitors and product innovation
Environment - Strong ambassador of Accor's commitment to "Planet 21" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.)
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment to Accor's Planet 21 Commitments.
Financial supplier management - Manage process of total spend collection (AP data)
- Manage nominated supplier spend collection
- Drive rebate collection, invoicing and return to owners
- Ensure dependency ratio defined by groups are not exceeded
P&L performance management and budget process - Handle monthly P&L management
- Formalize effective and measurable KPI
- Monitor KPIs on regular basis and create and review action plans
- Handle aging report
Accor Representation - Act as an Accor ambassador, aiming to enhance the company's image and market reputation, internally and externally
- Represent Accor to key suppliers and partners
- Take every opportunity to be an Accor advocate by actively promoting special offers, services and facilities available within Accor

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance / Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) / Procurement
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Business / Procurement / Chains or Project Management
- Sound understanding of basic financial principals and strong business acumen
- Ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of emerging industry trends
- Confident with excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
