Manager, Residence Operations

Showcase your interpersonal strengths as Owner Services Manager, where you will lead our Owner Services function, anticipating the needs of our Owners to deliver on a flawless and memorable experience.

What you will be doing: - Lead and manage all aspects of Operations function, ensuring all service standards are followed.
- Maintain strong financial performance through management of expenses and revenues.
- Ensure effective productivity and positive colleague relations amongst the operational team.
- Create and distribute schedules on a weekly basis, while complying with the CBA
- Oversee payroll process and enusre timelines are followed for payroll processing
- Other duties as assigned.
Your experience and skills include: - Previous leadership experience in a hospitality setting required
- Experience in residential management and owner relations preferred
- University/ College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Previous experience with a Property Management System required
- Fluent in Microsoft Window applications and relevent computer applications.
- Highly responsible & reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to focus attention on owner & guest needs, remaining calm and curtious at all times.
- Physical aspects of Position (include but not limited to): Constant sitting, telephone and computer work. Occasional standing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
